When I set-up my new iPad from my old one my Wife’s Facebook moved across not mine. How do I remove her account from my new iPad and replace it with mine from my old iPad, please ?
iPad, iOS 9

Yes, you're logged into your wife's account. You need to log out.
Tap the three parallel lines in the bottom right of the Facebook app screen. Scroll all the way to the bottom. Tap "Log Out".

Again what happens when you sign out of the app, and then sign in with your credentials.
If you're still having issues after that then contact Facebook or look at their support site, Facebook isn't an Apple app.

You log out of the app.
Again ask facebook.
Done. Brilliant. Logged in to Facebook and hey, presto, my Account opens.Thanks.
When I open Facebook from the App it’s my Wife’s Account that appears.
But I don't have to sign in anywhere. When I touch the Facebook App on my screen Facebook opens in my Wife's Account !
