Can someone help me with this etrecheck report - battery need servicing?

My MacBook Air is running slow and I see in the major issues that my battery needs servicing. Is that something that I should do first, hardware wise, or would it be worth to look at the other issues first?

Thanks so much!

You appear to have two critical issues. 1. Very low free disk space and 2. Battery Health is poor with a notification of Service Battery.

  1. Start with Freeing up space on your drive. Have at least 10% - 20% free space on your drive so that your macOS can operate efficiently.
  2. Once that is done then check performance again. If you still see performance which is degrading then have your battery serviced/replaced. Chances are that you may still see poor performance due to poor battery health so a replacement of the battery is warranted.

I did what was suggested (clean my drive) and ran a new report. The battery warning disappeared, yeah!

However, there's a large process running and I don't know how to see what process it is. Any suggestions?

Same for software performance.

Can someone recommend a program/utility that checks for these things so I know what process or software causes the problems? Thanks so much!
