Only Certain Notes disappeared

Hi Everyone!

I had this very weird thing happen to me. A few days ago, I opened my notes app and realized that 5 of my notes were gone. They were not in the recently deleted folder, simply gone. I called Apple and they said they had some notes on their sever that they can restore (60 of them). These were notes that I had previously deleted. When they restored the notes, the 5 notes I mentioned were not in them.

I only have my icloud account set up on my notes, so no email accounts. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this and if they have found a solution. Thanks!
