Macbook Air langzaam

Hallo,

Mijn gekochte Macbook Air in december 2019 is sinds een paar weken ongeveer plots een stuk langzamer. Heeft iemand een idee wat dit is en wat ik eraan kan doen?

NVRAM Ik heb geprobeerd de NVRAM opnieuw in te stellen om dat mijn imac 27 inch Retina eind 2014 bleef steken in een update van Sierra naar Big Sur. (Alt+cmd+p+r) Het scherm blijft zwart, na enige tijd maakt hij een start geluid en verschijnt het apple logo maar na weer enige tijd wordt het scherm weer zwart. Dit blijft zich eindeloos herhalen. Beheerder wijzigen Mijn MacBook heb ik teruggezet naar fabrieksinstellingen. Bij het zwarte scherm met de twee gezichtjes ben ik per ongelijk verder gegaan en moest mijn naam intypen. Ik wil de MacBook Pro Ventura verkopen, maar als ik hem opstart zie ik mijn naam boven het wachtwoord. Dat kan natuurlijk niet voor de verkoop. Mijn vraag is, wat kan ik doen. Opnieuw wissen en instellen gaat niet, de woorden zijn grijs.
