Is my phone hacked?

Hi, I’m from Bahrain and I bought my iPhone 8 Plus from Amazon It was used and this is a mistake After using more than two weeks, call me a number from America.

He told me that my number and other numbers reached his phone in America and my photos in his phone.

This news made me sad and worried a lot because of this. Apple and iPhone are known to be keen on confidential information for customers. How did the numbers reach the phone of the man in America?

I changed all the information in my name
