You don't. Apple TV is NOT free. You have to pay for anything you want to watch by either buy/rent/subscribe. You may be thinking of Apple TV+ which is $4.99/mo normally but you get a free year with purchase of a qualifying Apple product. Apple TV+ consists of Apple's original content and nothing else. You cannot watch a Netflix or HBO movie for free using Apple TV+. You can only watch what Apple has produced originally.
