2020 Macbook Pro and LG Ultrawide Monitor Resolution pixelated

Hello all,

I just recently picked up the new MacBook pro 13 inch. I also picked up the following LG monitor:

LG 34WK95C-W

For some reason, I cant figure out why the text on the monitor isn't super sharp like I was expecting. The monitor has a 3440x1440 resolution while the Macbook Pro has an output resolution of 6016×3384 resolution. The monitor is also a 21:9 curved monitor. Im using a USB-C cable to connect between the two. Any ideas? Thanks.
