Very recently, Health app is missing on my iPhone. Have the latest iOS version 13.5.1. When I ask Siri to open, it says "Sorry, cant open Health". Any idea what is the problem and how I can restore the app?

You cannot delete it. Please check your Screen Time Restrictions
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps > Health [Enable]

Kindly do a spotlight search. This cannot be deleted
I did do a search, app not listed in the results. I dont remember deleting the app. App not listed in the Settings > iPhone Storage
