My Health App is gone from my IPhone X. Siri can not open it when asked, it has disappeared from Spotlight, and I have searched through my entire phone. It still appears in settings with Health data, but I cannot open the actual app.
iPhone XR, iOS 13
Go to setting - General - Iphone Storage and scroll down to find the app and delete it.
Then find it in Apple Store and download again.
