My LTE signal is full, but no internet connection. I try to airplane mode and turning back on, it works, my internet connection on LTE is normal, but if i lock my phone for a minute, i loss my connection again. I was call my provider and change the card but can't fix it. Please kindly help my frustrating issue
Notes: it happen from december 2019 until now
To try to eliminate the cause, move away from your home location and see if it happens there (different mast)
If it does not happen tell the provider there is a mast problem.
If it still happened then first of all try
Settings, General, Reset, Reset network settings.
If you still have the problem then
Backup in your usual method
Restore the phone as a new phone
Restore from backup
Do not miss out the second step.
If it still happens take the phone in for investigation

Already doin all the things but the result is still same like that, always need to airplane mode if i want use the internet, anywhere
I mean turn on and off the airplane mode in every place which my friend has use the same provider and they running normally
