Hi guys,
I was wondering if this was possible; I'd like to use my MacBook Pro (mid 2012) as a second screen for my Mac Mini (2018)?
I know it's fairly easy to send information OUT of the MacBook Pro (it's easy enough from the thunderbolt socket) but is it possible to do it the other way around?
My Mac Mini is the main computer here, so that's why I'm looking to do it that way round.

AHh ok, it's not looking like an easy fix then, despite these possible solutions!
There was an app called Screen Recycler that could do this. However, I do not know if it is still functional.
There may be other apps, maybe one of the companies that can also turn an iPad into an external screen. Maybe they can also do this for a Mac as well.
tried this for using an ipad as screen some years back the text seem to suggest they claim one can also use another mac or windows pc as extra screen using it
