I have a new 5 watch,during set up it keeps unpairing and says my iPhone software is out of date.My iPhone software is current.I have rebooted the phone and reset the new watch.I am asking for new advice on trouble shooting.
Well you must have an iphone 6 then,this will not pair with a watch 5 you need a phone that is on ios13 or higher,an iphone 6 will only update to ios12.
Iphones that can update to ios13 are an iphone 6s or higher.
