Inappropriate events on my calendar stating “remove ads” or “your iphone is not protected”

Hello Guys, i need some help. I recently went to some fake website which said your iphone is damaged and stuff and told me to press this link to recover it however everyone knows that they are fake so I didn’t proceed. But now my calendar is notifying me some events that i want to remove. Please anyone help me out how to remove these and let me know that is my iPhone safe?
