My MacBook Air operating on macOS Catalina received a Legacy System Extension warning...

...this morning when I restarted it. Why did I receive this warning? What does it mean and what do I need to do to make sure it does not become an ongoing issue? Is this a sign of a larger potential issue with my MacBook Air? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.15

See the following: About legacy system extensions - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, who is the developer in the warning message?

Some developers have published statements such as https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045251654-Legacy-System-Extension-warning-on-Malwarebytes-for-Mac-devices

Thanks for your response. I think it was Symantec but I am not sure. The warning came up on the newer Mac but has not yet appeared on the older Mac. I will keep an eye to see if this happens again. Thank you again for responding. I feel a little better but will look for a resolution to develop hopefully soon.
