Hi. I recently downloaded the OS Catalina on my MacBook Air. This brought up a pop up message stating that a system extension will be incompatible with a future version of macOS and to contact the developer. Should i be concerned?

That’s normal. Catalina dropped support for 32-bit applications. You should be concerned only if the extension is something you need to use, and in that case see if the vendor offers a compatible version.
