MOTU has digital music products. Presumably you have one installed on your Mac.

That notification is to let you know that sometime in the future, a system extension from MOTU on your Mac will become incompatible with a newer version of the MacOS. At that time , MOTU would need to provided an updated version for their product to continue to work with that future, newer MacOS. I, and others, have seen those notifications in the past for other software products and typically the product gets updated well in advance of the roll out of the new MacOS. I would not worry much about it, but before you do MacOS updates, if the MOTU functionality is important to you, you should check with the vendor to make sure the version you have is compatible.

Worst case scenario is that MOTU does not update its product(s) in the future. In that case, you would either need to find an alternate product or not advance your MacOS. I doubt that will happen, however.
