Hi, so i bought my iphone11 the past january in california, i know guarantee is only 1 year, but it doesn't cover my country and we can't really travel for the near future so what should I do? extended guarantee?

Every iPhone warranty has a clause, and always has, that service may be restricted to the country of original sale. if it is something major that requires replacement if the device, you will almost certainly not be able to get service outside of the USA. And you cannot ship it to the USA as they won’t take international shipments.
The warranty is only valid in the country it was purchased in.
