Front camera freeze while facetime Iphone SE

First day with my IPhone SE 2nd gen and already a dissapointing issue. When flipping the camera while doing facetime, it freezes on my screen even though my partner can see whats on the back camera. How can I fix this?

The iphone SE has major wifi issues that cause Facetime to be unusable on the phone. There are multiple posts on this forum about it. Super disappointed that Apple chose to beta test a production phone on consumers. This is a major fail for them as far as releases go.
