I recently did a full back up my MacBook Pro with Time Machine on a external drive. Right afterwards, my MacBook Pro died. I'd rather not get another laptop but move over to an iPad Pro. Can I restore the Time Machine back up to an iPad Pro?

Can you back the 2020 ipad pros to the time capsule (in any way) without a Mac computer or MacBook? They are basically advertised as a MacBook equilivent so should be able to be backed up
