Calls down

I purchased iphone 8 two weeks ago and had problem of calls down all time after 1 minute and network signal drops for couple of seconds, i replaced it with iphone 11 today and still have the same problem, it works fine while on 3G, i did everything reset network settings, replaced sim, restarted the phone

what should i do ???
