iphone 14 pro max issues

I have  iPhone 14 Pro Max coupled weeks ago it has the signal or calls drop frequently on T-Mobile even in areas with good reception and 5G coverage. it hard to talk on phone to everyone. How to fix that problem please give me any ideas

I have the iPhone 14 pro max. I have not been able to receive any text messages from non-Apple devices including verification texts. I have spectrum, they send me to Apple, Apple sends me back to spectrum. After searching on this issue, I found other iPhone 14 pro max users with the same issue using Verison. Is it the carrier or the iPhone? Also, when I first received my iPhone, my data went from .5 gig a month to 2.1 gig in 2 days. What’s with that? The use was all in system services.

If you want to check if it’s the phone being faulty go to the phone dialler key in *3001#12345#* press call look for RSRP if it below 100 your doing ok for signal if it’s 110 it’s not great but still receiving anything close to 120 and it’s very poor service. 120 constantly then get your phone checked in store or speak with Specialist

The issue that you're having with your iPhone 14 Pro Max sounds like the wide spread Verizon issue however... Their issue is related to MMS messages to and from google (android) phones. My experience with this issue was for MMS and only MMS, I was able to send and receive SMS to and from those same google users.

One call to Verizon and they got the problem fixed.
