Where did AirPrint go?

It still has that option. It is on the list of options below the icons when you tap the Share icon. Scroll further down.

One other possibility; there was a version of WhatsApp that broke the Share menu. If you have WhatsApp on your phone back up to iCloud and delete the app. Restart your phone and see if the option is back. You should then be able to reinstall WhatsApp from the app store and restore its backup without breaking the Share menu again.

It works fine for me (iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13.5.1).

There is nothing to install.
