Pls can anyone help me? I have this problem since two weeks ago. I have install all updates.

Its 2 or 3 times in a week, im very crazy about it.

It was caused by the Symantec Anti virus app installed. The best anti virus /security software for Mac OS is Mac OS itself. If simply kept up to date and otherwise left alone it will remain safe, stable, fast and bug free. Adding third party antivirus, cleaning and any other “maintenance “ app will at best be worthless. For most that do so they will be rewarded with a slow, unstable system which is exactly what you are experiencing!


Please locate the uninstall instructions for Symantec and follow to the letter.
