i need to connect to my ipad with itunes how can I ?

Better try this: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

You use the cable that you use to charge your iPad and take the USB end and plug it into a computer that has the latest version of iTunes installed on it. The iPad and the computer will walk you through the rest
