Iphone XS max charger adapters do not working

Hello,

I bought 2 iphone xs max last year and everything was clearly perfect.

Since the last couple of months we noticed that charger adapters of both phones don't work, even we tried to charge another device with those adapters and unfortunately no power on it.

Please help me to figure it out.
