Couldn’t Restore Chat History on Whatsapp with Icloud

Anybody can help? I cant restore my Icloud Whatsapp Chat History even though I have a backup done.

iPhone XS Max, iOS 12

Do you have enough storage space (on device & iCloud) for the backup?

I do have enough storage on my device. Not sure on my Icloud though. But it should be as the image shows that I have the backup. The backup was only 200+Kb.
