customise controls to share screen on zoom

I have an ipad Air2 and have watched the videos to share screen. But there is no "customise controls" when I go to settings / control centre. There are only two option in control centre on this ipad: Access on lock screen, and access within apps. Both on.

So how do I share screen on zoom please? And please do not tell me to customise controls unless you can tell me where to find this when it is NOT in the control centre. I have also swiped and it is not there either.
