There is no Facebook app in either the App Store or the internet and accounts sections on my MacBook Pro with OS Mojave. How come? Other Os had them. Is there a way for me to get the app?
There is no FaceBook App for a Mac (or Windows).

Use your browser like everybody else (?)
Contact FaceBook.
iOS apps do not run on computers only on mobile devices if that is what you are asking.
So how did this guy have it? I’m confused. Ok just use safari for it I guess.
Ohhh got it. Curious what the security reasons were. Isn’t anything on the internet insecure too? I’m not tech savvy clearly but we also use social media on our phones, and that could be a security risk. Thanks for the answer.

This was for "sharing" options and associated widgets, That video was from 2012 Mt. Lion.
Current macOS has removed social media sharing for security reasons.
Why can't I get the Facebook app on my MacBook Pro with OS Majave?
