iPhone X not working

We (just users like you) cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry, even if it sounds like a hardware failure (screen? battery? module?).

If you already contacted Apple Support online (they have tools to run remote disgnostics) to no avail, you need to make an appointment and have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (they are re-opening after the lockdown).
