iPhone 11 ring/silent switch
The ring/silent switch on the left side of my iphone 6 is stuck in silent mode and when I try to switch it into ring mode it becomes crooked ... does iPhone 11 have same issue.

Sounds like the Switch has been damaged and would need to be replaced (if mistreated this switch can break)
Apple wouldn't fix this though but offer you swap out replacement at cost.
You would have to go to 3rd Party Repair Shop (non-AASP repair shop) for this work to be carried out.
