There will be no value for a completely damaged phone. You can get an out of warranty replacement for your iPhone 8 Plus at the costs detailed in this link --> iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support

As you can it will cost $349. Apple will only provide the same model and storage level as your iPhone 8 Plus. Or you can buy a new iPhone 11, but it will be at full cost to you.
