Thank you, my first step is to reinstall MacOS which I did this morning. I had a lot of unwanted reboots before becauso of a SoftRAID-MacOS issue so I can imagine a corruption could be the cause of that. I did an extensive RAM test before (A few weeks ago)so I do not see that as a problem.
I will use the iMac normally, let's see if this solves the problem I have.

I reinstalled Cataline but today I got another reboot. :-(
