Hi I’ve forgotten screen time passcode for my daughter and password for Apple ID. I’ve successfully changed Apple ID password but then when I follow link to forgot screen time passcode it asks for Apple ID and password which I put in, I then press forgot passcode and it just puts it as another failed attempt!! Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? TIA

For iOS/iPadOS 13 or later, it is possible to reset the passcode.
For iOS 12 or earlier, it is necessary to reset to factory settings; you’ll not be able to restore data from a backup - as the forgotten passcode is included in the backup. As such, if your iPad is capable of update to iPadOS 13, update to this version before attempting to reset the Screen Time passcode.
