I cannot change my screen time passcode.

I had written down my screen time passcode and used that, but it didn’t work. When I used the “forgot passcode” option and entered my Apple ID and information, it doesn’t do anything and actually marks it as a failed attempt. I am not in Family Sharing.

change passcode issue I have tried to change my screen time passcode for about a year and a half. I have apparently forgotten it, but when I go to input my Apple ID and password the screen just says OK and then goes back to the passcode screen without letting me change it
