There is no product capable of intelligent character recognition (ICR) of printed or hand-written notes, that also integrate with Apple's Notes application. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions are not up to the task of the more demanding ICR of the first sentence.

Although there are several ICR applications now available for iOS and Android, and which can export to other formats (e.g. Word, etc.), they are not free, and have subscriptions as in app purchases. There are commercial ICR solutions available that explicity state that they are not for students or home users, and probably cost a small fortune.
