Can iPad Pro convert handwritten notes to text?

I was wondering if someone knows if I can convert my handwriting notes into text with the new iPad Pro.

This will be real useful for me.

Currently with third party apps, yes.

When iPadOS 14 is released in the Fall of 2020, iPadOS will have this capability natively built-in.
