How do I put other apps in the ICloud

So I have ran out of space on my iPad so I wanted to move stuff to the iCloud. The one problem is I don’t know how to put other apps in the iCloud. Do you think you can help me?

You can't put Apps in iCloud.

Apps need to be installed on your device to work.

You can delete them from your iPad and they will available for redownload from the store if necessary through your purchase history, but you cannot run them until you install them again on the iPad.
