APP we did NOT purchase

My daughter has charges on her app store that she did NOT authorize for a document scanner?? It was reoccurring weekly payments and she was charged 4 weeks worth for $12.83 each! SHE does not have this app and when we noticed it we immediately cancelled. SHE IS VERY conscious about spending $$ and would NEVER do this. I noticed it on her bank statement and that is what drew our attention to it.

SHE DID NOT subscribe to this document thing.....

What do we need to do to resolve this......
