My phone stopped connecting with my car so i did a reset on my car to delete my phone and try again, but now sync wont show up on my phone but will show up on other phones. Im not sure what I’m doing wrong but can you please help me?

It worked perfectly fine prior to the update, but now the phone simply cannot find (Ford) Sync. It is so frustrating that an update to 'make things better' actually messed up big time. Bluetooth My phone wouldn’t connect to my car so i reset my betwork settings on my phone and car and now when trying to reconnect my car won’t show up for my phone to connect. it will connect to other phones and my phone will connect to other devices but not my car. any ideas on how this could be fixed?

iphone no longer works with ford sync I've had my iPhone for 3 years. I've had no problem with it working with my 2015 Ford Focus and the Sync this whole time. Since my phone updated, I can no longer connect to my car's bluetooth. I tried resetting my phone, turning my car off and then turning both back on. Didn't work. I tried deleting my phone from my car's devices and reconnecting. Didn't work. It doesn't even come up under my bluetooth for me to add it back. Please help. My phone/car bluetooth worked fine a couple of days ago and then after the update, it doesn't work at all.

Forget the pairing on your phone.

Put your car into pairing mode.

Pair it as a new device.

I have done all that But sync wont pop back up on my phone..
