Your billing address is the place where your credit card issuer mails your monthly bill. When you subscribe to one of Apple's services, your billed amount is sent to your credit card issuer. You will, then, see the charge listed on your monthly credit card bill. Your credit card is associated with your Apple ID. Apple does not bill you for the service but they will send you a confirming email when a charge is made to your credit card.
