iphone not workking

I dropped my phone in water last night, tried to dry it, and green lines appered, and left it until this morning and when I turn on it glitched and got turned off.... help?

what do i do if water got into my iPhone 11 pro i thought this phone was water resistant- but after falling in water for a couple seconds, now it won't turn on. i vacuumed it for a bit (youtube video told me to try it) and its been an hour with no low battery or other symbols prompting on the screen :( PLS HELP :(

You can see if your iPhone has water damage, by looking for the Liquid contact indicator. You can see where it is on your iPhone here:
