Ringtones and Touch ID.
Hi. My iPhone 7’s ringtones no longer sound when there are in-coming calls. Also messages keep showing indicating that the Touch ID isn’t functioning. Any assistance?

Thanks for your post! I understand your iPhone 7 does not produce your ringtone for incoming calls. I see you are also receiving a notification that Touch ID is no longer functioning.
In regards to the device's audio issue, is Do Not Disturb enabled? Is silent enabled?

In regards to the device's Touch ID, is Touch ID still functioning? Can you enable Touch ID in Settings > Touch ID & Passcode ?
