Accent menu
I have always been able to use the accent menu by holding down a letter and having it pop up but since I downloaded catalina it won't pop up anymore!! Can anyone help? Please!!

If you are still having the same issue, try to see if you are able to reproduce the issue in Safe Mode and in another user. These are two separate troubleshooting steps. Follow the articles below for guidance:
