Remove email accounts and phone numbers

I purchased a new ipad mini which will be a family device. I would like to remove email, text, phone numbers etc but only on the ipad, not on my other devices. Basically it will be used for music, movies and books. I do need access to itunes. Can this be done? How? Thank you!!
