My wife is having a hard time hearing every time anybody make a phone call she hast to put them on speaker in order for her to hear is very low on a regular call if you know the whole volume is up what should we do to repair The phone?

If my wife cannot hear the phone calls Loud enough I would like to replace the phone what process should I follow?
Are you sure the volume is turned up?
