Call volume low on iPhone

Brand new iPhone 11, the call volume is really low even when it is increased to the maximum. I am severely/moderately deaf and it’s hard to hear. Can anyone help?

It sounds like you are experiencing some issues with the audio quality on your iPhone. We can help with this.

If you haven't already, we'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps listed here: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Also, if you don't experience issues with the sound when not on a phone call, make sure you've completed all carrier settings updates: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

If the issue only occurs in certain locations, we'd recommend contacting your wireless carrier for further assistance.
