My iPhone call volume is low ?

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

If you still have the problem try cleaning the earpiece with a toothbrush. I just finally got mine fixed and all it took was a cycle with my electric toothbrush (dry) and I'm back to full volume.
