phone virus

i have reason to believe that my phone might have a virus on it, but when i saw the notification i clicked on it and thought it was fake (a few weeks ago). Now i am locked out of my phone, not from the password just completely locked out. i cant see the time and my lock screen will ocasionally go black, but i can still see when i remove messages. i have the iphone 11 and the home button wont let me swipe up. it wont let me open by typing my password. it also wont let me power the pone off completely. it also wont let me swipe down on the right menu thing.

Try and Force Restart the phone as shown below:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF)

See that resolves the issue.
