My iphone Xs max cannot turn on and black screen freeze after the latest ios software updated to 13.5.
Anyone out there have the same problem. My phone is just 13 months, warranty was out just 1 month and apple wants me to paid S$819.00 for a replacement. That's crazy.

Force restart had already tried many times, still not able to revive. Battery charged for many hours too by myself.
The diagnostic checked by apple service center was that the logic board was defective.

There you go. They have determined that it is the Logic Board. Nothing else will solve this except by replacing / repairing the logic board.

Hi,
I am also having same black screen problem since yesterday in my xs max. Tried with all possible steps that could possibly done from home. I also think it’s a logic board issue. Hopping Apple would come up with a solution.
