few days ago i receive new sim card with new number, i change a operator but i remain on same number . if i activate a imessage and facetime programmed to a new number, but i would like to be on my old number.

If you are using a new SIM card and cellular service with a new phone number, your old number is no longer available to you. You should activate iMessage/FaceTime with your new number.

i change a operator and transfer my old number to new operator, bu they give to me a simcard wit new number, my old nuber still aviable and i recive a call and normal message on my old number
Then you need to work with your new cellular provider to change the phone number to your old number as they said they would.
they sed that its apple problem
